1. Revocation
I revoke all earlier wills and codicils made by me.
2. Appointment of Executors
a I appoint my friend Claire Spooner of 14 The Moorings, Birch Road, Pool, Dorset,TH3 3MO and my friend mark Spooner of 14 The Moorings, Birch Road, Pool, Dorset,TH3 3MO to be the executors and trustees.
b The expression “my trustees” means my personal representatives and the trustees of this Will and of any trust that might arise under it.
3. Funeral Directions
a I wish my body to be cremated after a non religious service and request the song Endless love by Diana Ross and Lionel Richie to be played and the reading of the poem the Daffodils by William Wordsworth.
4. Definition of My Estate
In my Will where the context so admits “my estate” shall mean.
a All my property of every kind wherever situate.
